1. If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me to discuss the terms. (go to D. Commercial Agreement's)2. You may NOT profit from the commissioned artwork (e.g., reselling, redistributing, selling prints, NFTs, etc.) unless a commercial agreement is in place.3. When uploading the artwork online, please credit me accordingly.4. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, etc., unless agreed otherwise.
1. The client begins by inquiring about a commission. Once the details are finalized, a breakdown of the rates is provided. After confirming the order, the client must pay 50% of the total price upfront. The sketching phase then begins, followed by the client's approval of the sketch. After approval, the artwork moves into the coloring and rendering stage. Once the colored work is completed, the client reviews and approves it. The remaining balance is then paid, and finally, the completed files are sent to the client.2. Please provide, if possible, photo references before requesting a slot, indicating whether the commission is for one or multiple characters and specifying the desired pose/body type (e.g., headshot, bust, waist-up, half-body, or full body). This allows me to assess the project and determine if I can accept the commission.3. I reserve the right to decline any commission or pose request if I deem it too challenging or beyond my current capabilities.4. When reserving a slot, please provide your deadline at least two weeks in advance.5. SPECIFYING a DEADLINE is encouraged as it helps prioritize tasks and may result in a QUICKER TURNAROUND.6. Commissions may take up to 1 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on factors such as complexity, health, and personal life (I'm still a student)7. The final artwork will be delivered via Email or Google Drive, depending on file size, and will include a transparent PNG and a non-watermarked version.8. Please save the file within two weeks of receiving it, as I may remove the file after this period.
1. A PHP 100 non-refundable reservation fee is required per slot/artwork and will be deducted towards the final price.2. Payments can be made 100% upfront or 50% before the sketch and 50% after completion.3. Commissions must be paid only within the month of the reserved slot; pre-payments are not accepted.4. I accept the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and PayPal for International Clients.
